Keep showing up

For more than 8 weeks in a row, I had 2 to 3 discovery calls every week. What a personal record!

To many experienced coaches, the number is nothing to write home about. Making that comparison does not help me to grow, it only increases the self-doubt. My mind chatter often show up with

💩 You don’t make a difference.

💩 Who are you kidding with giving discovery calls?

💩 Why would anyone get help from you?

For a while, I feel massively discouraged and scared listening to those naysayers. I even argued with them in my mind.

Then again, for a while, I have decided to thank those naysayers in my head, kiss it on both cheeks and wave goodbye.

For a while, I have decided to show up for my discovery calls, being exactly who I am and where I start.

🌻 Showing up each time wins half the self-doubt battle.

🌻Showing up means I show up for the person in front of me, to be heard and to be seen. To offer my support .

🌻I embrace myself showing up, right here, right now.

I create for myself to have each discovery call a exploration of a person’s journey, a hero’s path and am honoured to be part of it.
